  1. problem whit my SPID of my bot

        • Can I have access to BotPlatform's logs related to my BotServer please?

          Because I dont receive onMessageReceived events and it would be very nice if I knew if it's COM/init/config/network issue or it's on BotPlatform layer? I bet you have logs, just out them through bot property pages on your portal please :)

              • java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

                I'm tring the Java SDK, since I'm on a Mac and cannot use the COM SDK, but I cannot compile a simple project.

                I get this error:

                Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/mina/common/IoConnector
                at com.incesoft.botplatform.sdk.RobotServerFactory.<clinit>(RobotServerFactory.java:17)

                What can I do?

                          after my registration in botplatform.com, I added a bot account, but I can not connect with the bot even if I click on sign in.

                                • Paid enterprise plan but still hasn't upgraded the bot

                                  Hi, we had paid for a year of Enterprise plan past 5 june but the account isn't migrated yet. Could you help us with this? I've sent an e-mail to support@botplatform three times but you hadn't replied.
