problem whit my SPID of my bot

I'm desperate help for several days I can not go ami msn account. days ago I decided to try their services, when I register send me an email with my SPID and my user name that never came, I did not give much importance to the post and continued working by mistake leave the bot on and the next day I forgot my SPID and gave him the button click Forgot password? entered my email and said that I sent to send email with my details to check my mailbox, I never get the above post to my account and try again it will not get any mail. my email is jhon_12_049@hotmail.com SPID can tell me or send me mail that I never reached my SPID.

Can I have access to BotPlatform's logs related to my BotServer please?

Because I dont receive onMessageReceived events and it would be very nice if I knew if it's COM/init/config/network issue or it's on BotPlatform layer? I bet you have logs, just out them through bot property pages on your portal please :)

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

I'm tring the Java SDK, since I'm on a Mac and cannot use the COM SDK, but I cannot compile a simple project.

I get this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/mina/common/IoConnector
at com.incesoft.botplatform.sdk.RobotServerFactory.<clinit>(RobotServerFactory.java:17)

What can I do?

problem with signin in my bot !!!

after my registration in botplatform.com, I added a bot account, but I can not connect with the bot even if I click on sign in.
My second problem is when I compile my platform sdk I obtain this message

Well the question is simple, when i turn off my pc and leave the bot signed; then when i turn on the pc is there any way that i can see the messages my contacts sent to my bot??
